Bottles are manually loaded onto a vibratory feed table which feeds the bottles through a dual head (corse and fine) polishing machine. Polished bottles are manually offloaded into parts trays. The residue is collected by a dust collector. (Two independent machines shown with one dust collector)

MACHINE CONTROL - A solid state programmable controller operates the sequence with an easily accessible control panel including Main Power, Emergency Stop, Manual, Automatic, and Individual Operations controls.
