Magazine feeds and escapes one of 3 different length PVC tubes into 1 of 54 fixtures on an indexed conveyor. Bowl feeds a barbed fitting (male or female) through an orientation track into a dead track, escapes and presses fitting into end 1 of the tube. Repositions and rotates the tube 180 degrees and bowl feeds a barbed fitting (male or female) through an orientation track into a dead track, escapes and presses fitting into end 2 of the tube. Bowl feeds a street elbow through an orientation track into a dead track, escapes and screws elbow onto fitting in the proper orientation for the elbow and fitting and adds label to good parts. Good assemblies are offloaded into 1 of 2 good part boxes. When the selected good part box is full, the other good part box is automatically placed under the chute and the full box is then manually replaced by an empty box. Reject assemblies are offloaded into a reject part bin.
