Lower molds are mounted on a 4 position indexed dial plate. On station one the Bandolier feeds, strips and loads 50 to 200 pins, one to four connectors, into a transfer plate after which the plate rotates aligns with the lower mold and transfers all the pins into the lower mold. Station two bowl feeds and places threaded inserts in each of the four positions on the lower mold. Station 3 over molds the insulator and station 4 offloads the four finished connectors and places them on a transfer conveyor. The spruce is discharged into a scrap container.

MACHINE CONTROL - A solid state programmable controller, interlocked with the Angle controls, operates the sequence with an easily accessible control panel including Main Power, Emergency Stop, Manual, Automatic, and Individual Operations controls.
