This machine automatically assembles square contact pins into flat unshrouded headers. The contact pins are loaded out of a bandolier on reels. The headers are manually loaded into a magazine from which they are automatically escaped and loaded into the machine. Automatic feeder bowl optional.
One row of contacts is pushed out of the bandolier and then inserted forward into the header. The header is then moved forward by walking beam into the second station which is identical to the first.
