This machine automatically cuts off and stitches five contact pins from a double carrier strip, inserts them into a plastic connector housing, pulls the five contact pins home to a preset depth and cuts off the tails to a specific length. The loaded connectors are then fed out of the machine, tested for missing pins, and automatically placed on a pressure sensitive tape, which automatically is wound on a spool with paper between the subsequent layers.
INSERTION HEAD - An integral die set which cuts the contact from the carrier, in which, guides and controls it, untill loaded in the insulator. A trap door can be easily opened with a thumb screw, for ease of cleaning and service. (Click more specifications to continue)
