Hopper and Bowl feeds vials through a dual inline track to a dead track where they are oriented then picked and placed 2 up into a double nest on a 12 position indexed dial plate. Vials are media filled to a prescribed level and the fill level is checked. Hopper and Bowl feeds caps through a dual inline track and places them 2 up into vials. Caps are pressed to a prescribed height and the press height is checked. Reject assemblies are offloaded into a dual tube assembly which goes down through the table top. Good assemblies are offloaded through a dual tube assembly onto a conveyor which feeds a 2 up reel fed hot stamp labeling station. Labeled assemblies are offloaded into a good part bin.
