Bowl feeds syringes with plungers through an inline track to a dead nest then escapes the syringe into a nest on a 12 position indexed dial plate. The syringe is then tested to verify that the plunger is down, filled with media, and a bowl fed Luer tip or an Opalcap with tip is placed on the syringe. The completed assembly is marked with a lot number and good and rejected assemblies are offloaded into their respective chutes.

MACHINE CONTROL - A solid state programmable controller operates the sequence with an easily accessible control panel including Main Power, Emergency Stop, Manual, Automatic, and Individual Operations controls.
