Documentation

The system you receive from ADAPT to process your front housing is fully documented. Included is a complete bill of material along with supporting documentation of purchased components. Wiring diagrams and computer programs are updated after debugging to reflect every wire used and every line of code written. This assures that your maintenance department has all current documents to support the system. All tooling and wear item drawings are supplied with the system, including assembly drawings. We include a complete spare parts list of items that may need future replacement. ADAPT can supply you with spare parts as required.

Design Review

Selecting ADAPT to supply you with a custom system is the right move, as this line of work is right up our alley. Buying a custom piece of equipment is straight forward, providing certain procedures are followed. The most reliable input for building custom equipment comes from you, the customer. We stay in close communication throughout the life of the project. You will be involved from the beginning of the project through final buy-off to make sure you are aware of all project decisions and schedules. To start the design, ADAPT will require part prints with appropriate tolerances. When part drawings are not available, ADAPT will need part samples reflecting acceptable standards as those that will be processed in the system. Once the layout drawings are complete, a design review will be held at ADAPT for your approval of the system design. The system will be designed using AutoCAD 2000 for Windows 2000. This will enable you to see what your machine looks like and how it will function before any fabrication begins. Any necessary changes can be easily made at that time.

Machine Buy-off

Your system will be assembled and tested thoroughly in our facility before your final acceptance run. Adapt believes in total machine performance before it leaves our facility. We also suggest that any and all technical and sr. production staff members be present, during the machine test period, for training purposes. We want your staff to be as comfortable as our staff, running and trouble shooting the system. This is most important, as simple failures can be corrected easily, on your floor, by your staff, in a matter of minutes, if properly trained.
